Responsibilities include:

Overseeing pharmacy staffing and ensuring proper coverage (approximately 90% of duties) Performing order verification and medication review Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting their development Consulting with physicians and nursing staff regarding drug therapy and clinical issues Managing pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Handling administrative tasks related to pharmacy operations (around 10% of duties)

Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacist license is required Prior hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Schedule:

Full-time, four 10-hour day shifts per week
