Schedule:

Four 10-hour day shifts per week Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily pharmacy operations with a focus on staffing management (approximately 90%) Performing order verification and reviewing prescriptions Supervising and mentoring pharmacy technicians Consulting regularly with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care Monitoring pharmacokinetics and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols Administrative duties related to pharmacy management (approximately 10%)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
