POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Pharmacist provides safe, accurate, and patient-centered pharmacy services in an independent community pharmacy setting. This role is responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with all federal and California state regulations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The pharmacist builds strong relationships with patients and providers, provides clinical guidance, and contributes to the operational and financial success of the pharmacy through high-quality service and efficient workflow management. The pharmacist also supports community health by participating in wellness initiatives, including immunization services and preventive care programs.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Current State of California Registered Pharmacist License required. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
