Full time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. Responsibilities Lead clinical pharmacy services across multiple hospital campuses Supervise and coordinate clinical pharmacy staff Develop and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs Develop department and hospital education and training programs Oversee quality assurance and medication safety initiatives Manage drug use evaluations and adverse drug reaction monitoring Serve as a resource for drug information Direct the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee Requirements PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Active California Pharmacist license 5+ years of pharmacy experience Prior clinical coordinator or clinical pharmacy management experience Supervisory/leadership experience Experience overseeing a pharmacy residency program Strong clinical program development and leadership background Interested in stepping into a high-level clinical leadership role in the Bay Area?
