This role entails guiding a skilled team in delivering exceptional pharmacy services within a large, multi-campus hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as clinical pharmacy manager for all campuses of a premier medical center. Supervise, manage, and coordinate clinical pharmacy staff in implementing and evaluating clinical pharmacy activities. Develop educational and training programs for department and hospital staff. Create, promote, and assess clinical service programs, ensuring seamless continuity. Maintain accountability for quality assurance, medication safety, drug use evaluations, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and drug information resources. Manage the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program as Director. Co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Active California Pharmacist license. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, including supervisory and management roles. Proven experience overseeing residency programs. Strong leadership and communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
