The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical pharmacy and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing high-quality patient care. The Pharmacy Manager will play a crucial role in medication management, patient service, and pain management, with a focus on both adult and pediatric populations. Responsibilities Supervise daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee medication administration processes, including IV insertion and IV infusion protocols. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care through effective medication management. Utilize pharmacy software for accurate record-keeping and inventory management. Provide clinical support and guidance on pain management strategies for patients. Ensure the delivery of excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical therapies and advancements in clinical pharmacy practices. Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid pharmacy license in the state of practice. Proven experience in clinical pharmacy settings, with strong knowledge of medication administration practices. Proficiency in IV insertion techniques and IV infusion protocols is highly desirable. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems for efficient operation management. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, particularly in pediatrics or specialized medical management settings.
