What we ask of you:
- Lead and inspire your pharmacy team to provide safe, accurate , and compassionate care to every customer
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide meaningful patient counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications, including proper use and potential interaction
- Oversee the administration of immunizations and ensure all services meet company and state standards
- Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and security in alignment with company policies and HIPAA requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and internal teams to coordinate patient care
- Hire, train, and mentor pharmacy team members

- Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Engage with your local community and participate in outreach or wellness initiatives that promote pharmacy growth and visibility What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice
- Certification to administer immunizations as permitted by state law
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindse t
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
