We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected independent community pharmacy in Miami Beach , seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to lead its day-to-day operations. Salary & Schedule Up to $75.00 per hour (equivalent to up to $156,000 per year) Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Excellent work-life balance with no weekend requirement Benefits Health insurance Fuel reimbursement for travel to and from work Paid Time Off (PTO) Complimentary lunch provided every shift Genuine pathway to partnership/co-ownership Supportive, family-oriented working environment Stable long-term career with significant growth potential Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of a busy independent retail pharmacy Ensure safe, accurate and compliant prescription dispensing Deliver exceptional patient counselling and medication therapy guidance Lead, mentor and support pharmacy technicians and support staff Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Develop strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and patients Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service Contribute to the continued growth and future success of the pharmacy Requirements Active Florida Pharmacist license Strong background in retail/community pharmacy Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience preferred Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential) Outstanding communication and patient counselling skills Strong leadership and organisational abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in future business ownership Why This Opportunity?
