30701 Oversees drug review quality and timely formulary addition requests on the P & T committee. Sets meeting agendas and ensures relevant topics are covered. Participates in additional committees and meets obligations and timelines. Updates the "customer" on project statuses and timelines. Assists the Director with action plans for various surveys and questionnaires. Supports pharmacy residents by aiding the Residency Program Director and fostering an inclusive environment. Provides input on pharmacist evaluations as requested. Chairs the Medication Safety Committee, ensuring best practices and setting agendas. Maintains patient and business confidentiality. Upholds a positive image of the Medical Center and demonstrates ethical behavior. Prioritizes patient safety in all actions and decisions. Ensures medication use process integrity through periodic assessments. Other duties as assigned.

Doctorate pharmd

Required Field of Study:
PharmD Pharmacy Residency Work Experience:

2+ position-related experience

Required Additional Information:
Pharmacy Residency Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Preferred Basic Life Support

Pay Range:

$116,563.20
