What You'll Do As our Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our clinic and pharmacy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our team and our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing pharmacy operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and workflow optimization. Supporting and mentoring staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies. Overseeing patient care processes to maintain the highest standards of service. Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate with: At least 3 years of experience (if possible) in a management or leadership role, preferrably in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's Degree. (does not have to be in healthcare) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
