Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire Lead pharmacy operations and clinical services as the Director of Pharmacy at a historic acute care hospital located on Chicago's South Side. This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $185,000 annually, plus an annual bonus and potential relocation assistance. 7:00 AM - 10:00
PM Saturday-Sunday:
7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Responsibilities include: Oversee all clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial aspects of the pharmacy department Lead a diverse team of approximately 20 pharmacy professionals (full-time, part-time, PRN) Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical leadership to ensure optimal patient care Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS regulations Manage pharmacy service delivery in a community-focused hospital setting
Qualifications:
Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing (mandatory) Minimum 3 years of Director of Pharmacy experience in an acute care inpatient hospital Minimum 3 years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Experience managing a multi-level pharmacy team including full-time, part-time, and PRN staff
Preferred Qualifications:
