Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, managing a team of 24 direct reports Maintain operational continuity during a temporary leadership vacancy Oversee staffing levels, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance Ensure medication safety and adherence to hospital standards Collaborate closely with hospital executives, including the VP and CMO, to align pharmacy objectives with overall healthcare goals
Qualifications:
Active Illinois Pharmacist license required Proven hospital pharmacy leadership experience Strong skills in operational management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
Contract Details:
This is a contract position providing interim leadership coverage Join this role to utilize your expertise in pharmacy management and support critical healthcare operations during a transitional period. to contribute your leadership to a dynamic hospital pharmacy environment. Compensation for this position ranges from $75.00 to $89.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
