3007325948-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As an Inventory Control Coordinator at CVS Health, you will manage daily inventory accuracy for pharmacy and retail operations, ensuring the right products are available to support patient care. You will monitor stock levels, investigate variances, coordinate cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to reduce waste and out-of-stocks. Partnering with pharmacy, store, and supply chain teams, you'll maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, support audits, and use data to recommend process improvements. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for pharmacy and retail products Monitor stock levels and investigate variances and shrink Coordinate and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations Collaborate with pharmacy, store, and supply chain teams on inventory needs Ensure adherence to CVS Health and regulatory standards for inventory handling Support audits and regulatory reviews related to inventory control Use data and reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements Assist with ordering, returns, and vendor-related inventory issues Required Skills Inventory management Cycle counting Data analysis and reporting ERP or inventory software usage Forecasting and demand planning support Root-cause analysis for shrink and discrepancies Vendor and internal stakeholder coordination Compliance with healthcare inventory regulations Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Process improvement
