This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining an active presence in daily pharmacy operations.

PM Responsibilities Include:
Manage daily pharmacy operations and workflow. Assist with the procurement and dispensing of medications. Verify prescribed medications in accordance with professional standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services. Drive business goals, performance metrics, and operational excellence. Oversee fiscal management of the pharmacy to optimize profitability and control expenses. Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and continued pharmacy growth. Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
Qualifications:
Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience. Previous management or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational and business objectives. Why Apply? Stable, direct-hire opportunity.
