Make a Difference The Pharmacy Systems Supervisor manages technical support for medication distribution systems and processes within a facility. This role oversees day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensures accurate and timely medication distribution, and leads system improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, managing automated dispensing cabinets (ADC), and maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
