Responsibilities:

Manage inpatient pharmacy operations effectively Provide leadership and oversight for pharmacy staff Ensure appropriate staffing levels; assist with staffing as needed Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Massachusetts pharmacy license required Proven hospital pharmacy management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Preferably prior work history with the staffing agency; however, candidates with exceptionally strong references will be considered This position requires a candidate who can step in quickly and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including staffing responsibilities.
