Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Contract An urgent opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee hospital pharmacy operations in Boston, MA. This contract position is ideal for a pharmacy professional with strong hospital management experience who can ensure optimal inpatient pharmacy services and assist with staffing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations within the hospital setting Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy staff, including staffing responsibilities if required Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication use and patient safety Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts (MA) Proven hospital pharmacy management experience, particularly in inpatient settings Previous working relationship with the staffing agency strongly preferred Candidates with excellent references and a strong track record in hospital pharmacy leadership will be considered Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment and provide effective team leadership This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to a well-respected hospital pharmacy department, taking a leadership position during a critical period.
