Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists to provide specialized care in a long-term care setting. You will be serving at a specialty pharmacy facility in Bemidji, MN, with a contract duration of 13+ weeks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and safely in a long-term care pharmacy environment Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient needs Conduct medication therapy management and support immunization efforts Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

PharmD degree or equivalent certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Immunization Certification and current CPR certification Experience in retail pharmacy, long-term care, or specialty pharmacy preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
