8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and dispense medications accurately in a specialty pharmacy setting Perform duties related to Long Term Care pharmacy practice Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication therapies Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Participate in immunization administration and other patient care services, as applicable

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

PharmD degree or equivalent clinical training Immunization certification and CPR certification preferred Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is highly valued Experience in retail or specialty pharmacy settings, with a focus on long-term care a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills This contract assignment provides the opportunity to contribute to patient health in a growing community with a reputable specialty pharmacy team.
