Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for an experienced pharmacist to support a Specialty Pharmacy site in Bemidji, MN. The role involves providing comprehensive Long Term Care pharmacy services in a dynamic setting, helping to ensure patients receive the highest level of pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform duties specific to Long Term Care pharmacy practice, including medication review, dispensing, and patient counseling. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and pharmacy records. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Administer immunizations as certified and assist with other patient care services. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education efforts.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred. Current immunization and CPR certifications required. Valid pharmacist license in good standing. Experience with retail and specialty pharmacy operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Some weekends required
