Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem This per diem pharmacist role offers a rewarding opportunity to support patient care with a focus on specialty pharmacy services in Cold Spring, MN. Scheduled weekends provide the flexibility to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings.

Location:

Cold Spring, Minnesota Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation in a retail and long-term care environment Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Conduct immunizations and patient health screenings Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management (MTM) Maintain patient records and provide education on medication use

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

PharmD degree preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings Strong communication and organizational skills MTM certification is a plus
