Responsibilities:

Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients in a retail pharmacy environment. Manage pharmacy operations related to long-term care, coordinating with healthcare providers and facilities. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all pharmaceutical services.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota pharmacist license. PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Current immunization certification and CPR certification. Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy settings.
