Responsibilities:

Dispense prescriptions accurately in a retail setting Manage and oversee medication therapies for long-term care patients Provide immunizations and patient counseling Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Pharmacist License PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Immunization certification and CPR certification required Experience in both retail pharmacy and long-term care preferred Strong communication and organizational skills This Per Diem weekend position offers a dynamic combination of retail and long-term care pharmacy practice in a supportive environment.
