Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A specialty pharmacy located in Waseca, MN is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to support long-term care pharmacy services in a well-established setting, working approximately 24 to 40 hours per week with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for long-term care patients Ensure accuracy in dispensing and counseling on prescription medications Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies Participate in immunization administration as needed

Qualifications:

PharmD degree preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification strongly preferred Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus Previous experience as a retail or specialty pharmacist, especially in long-term care, highly desirable Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule:
