You will lead and schedule pharmacists and technicians, coach performance, and foster a culture of safety, compliance, and service. Responsibilities include managing inventory and controlled substances, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, administering immunizations, driving clinical programs, optimizing workflow and metrics, collaborating with store leadership, and building strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community. Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription dispensing Lead, schedule, and develop pharmacists and technicians, providing coaching and performance feedback Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and Walmart policies Manage inventory, including controlled substances, ordering, and shrink control Deliver clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management Monitor key performance metrics and implement workflow improvements Provide patient counseling and resolve complex medication-related issues Collaborate with store and market leadership to align pharmacy goals with overall store strategy Maintain accurate records, documentation, and quality assurance programs Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and exceptional customer service within the pharmacy team.
