Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Occasional weekends required

Responsibilities:

Conduct Long Term Care pharmacist duties Ensure accurate dispensing and medication management Participate in patient care activities including immunizations and medication therapy management

Qualifications:
