ABOUT THE JOB
Join our team as a Pharmacy Services Coordinator and play a key role in expanding and integrating pharmacy services across our health system. In this highly collaborative position, you'll partner with pharmacy leaders, providers, clinic teams, and operational stakeholders to increase awareness and utilization of pharmacy services, improve prescription capture, and enhance the patient and provider experience. You'll analyze performance metrics, lead outreach and education initiatives, coordinate marketing efforts, and drive process improvements that support strategic growth. This role also champions the development of a strong pharmacy technician workforce by collaborating with Talent Acquisition, educational partners, and pharmacy leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced pharmacy technician that is a relationship builder with strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills who is passionate about improving healthcare access, fostering workforce development, and advancing integrated pharmacy services.ABOUT MU HEALTH CARE MU
