Job Description

Lead Pharmacy Operations at a Growing Montana Hospital! Are you an experienced Director of Pharmacy ready to make an immediate impact? Equity Staffing Group is seeking an Interim Director of Pharmacy / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a highly respected healthcare organization in Great Falls, Montana . This is an exciting opportunity to lead pharmacy operations across the hospital, clinic, infusion center, and hospital outpatient department while helping stabilize and strengthen a collaborative pharmacy team.

Great Falls, MT (Onsite)
Contract:
3-4+ months (until permanent hire is identified)
Start:
ASAP Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$90-$100/hour (flexibility for the right candidate) What You'll Do Serve as Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Provide leadership for inpatient pharmacy, infusion center, outpatient, and clinic pharmacy operations Balance administrative leadership with clinical staffing responsibilities Lead and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Support pharmacy operations during accreditation and quality initiatives Participate in sterile compounding as needed What We're Looking For Active Montana Pharmacist License (required) Previous Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Manager, or pharmacy leadership experience Strong inpatient hospital pharmacy background Experience serving as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or ability to assume PIC responsibilities Sterile compounding experience preferred Meditech experience is a plus (training available) About the Facility 45-bed acute care hospital Busy Emergency Department Surgical services Infusion Center Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) Collaborative pharmacy team of pharmacists and technicians If you're a pharmacy leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and making an immediate impact, we'd love to connect! #indmnhc
