Job Description

Pharmacy Manager - #034 Dickinson, North Dakota Pharmacy Manager for White Drug Co of Jamestown Inc. dba White Drug Co, Dickinson, ND. Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services. Perform duties of staff pharmacist, lead, direct, and supervise the pharmacy staff to accomplish goals. Lead team to meet and exceed financial goals including payroll, sales, and clinical service expectations. Model, coach, and maintain high standards in patient service. Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services. Ensure team is fully trained across all areas in the pharmacy while using performance appraisals to constantly improve pharmacy service and performance. Foster an effective working relationship between the pharmacy and the general merchandise area of the store and champion company programs to ensure full implementation and daily execution. Provide best-in-class service in all areas including: skilled professional pharmaceutical consulting, disease state management, medication therapy management, and administration of immunizations as allowed. Ensure appropriate, reliable and consistent patient care through the distribution, control and delivery of pharmaceuticals, according to professional standards and state and federal law. Up to 10% travel to facility for in person visits within the state of North Dakota.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharm D. in Pharmacy North Dakota Pharmacy License Current immunization certification #LI-DNI
