Requirements Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred Fluent in Spanish (required) Available mornings and afternoons, with alternate Saturdays Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Motivated to help grow the pharmacy Responsibilities Assist patients and provide excellent customer service Prepare and fill prescriptions accurately Manage and organize pharmacy inventory Support pharmacy marketing and patient outreach Encourage patients to leave Google reviews Help generate prescription transfers Build relationships with patients and local medical offices Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Bonuses for Google reviews Commissions for new referrals Growth opportunities as the pharmacy expands If you are reliable, motivated, and ready to start as soon as possible , we would like to meet you.
