Beth Schlossberg National Recruitment Manager 813-402-3383 The Retail Pharmacist performs clinical and professional pharmaceutical work in retail settings such as a pharmacies located within a drugstore, grocery store, or as a standalone in a community. The Retail Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy, filling prescriptions and advising patients on how to use their medications. The Retail Pharmacist provides information and advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well as analyzing prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions. The Retail Pharmacist works to inventory and order prescription medications, over-the-counter medications and non-medication pharmacy stock.
Minimum Requirements:
