Salary:
 $57.00- $74.00 SUMMARY The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Pharmacy manager is responsible for all pharmacy operations, must be a licensed staff pharmacist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Pharmacy operations, safety, and sanitation All staff Pharmacist responsibilities Insure proper rotation of medications on a monthly basis while following proper procedure for discarded and recalled medications Enforce customer privacy policies while keeping all customer information up to date and accurate Achievement of financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of prescriptions Select, train, develop and schedule all pharmacy associates Communicate regularly with all pharmacy associates in order to keep them up to date with relevant information Complete all necessary paperwork and billing relating to Pharmacy Department Maintain security of all controlled substances Maintain adequate supplies, place orders when needed Process orders to include filling prescriptions and accepting payment Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age State Licensed Pharmacist
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required education to be a State Licensed Pharmacist Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions Possess basic computer skills Possess strong communication skills
