Key Responsibilities:

Register and maintain status as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and board regulations as well as company policies. Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory control to achieve financial targets. Lead and train pharmacy staff while monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Participate in business development efforts within the store and the broader community. Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, interactions, and side effects while monitoring patient progress. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and facility adhering to legal and company standards. Complete required continuing education and support quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid New York State Pharmacy License is required. Immunization certification with confidence administering all vaccines is essential. Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
