This role offers a direct hire position overseeing the pharmacy to ensure compliance, financial success, and exceptional patient care within a supportive team environment.

Closed Key Responsibilities:
Register as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Lead daily pharmacy operations to meet financial goals including budget and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies. Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, including training, performance reviews, and accountability. Participate in patient-centered programs such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness initiatives. Provide expert counseling to patients and healthcare providers regarding medications and therapies. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the pharmacy. Engage in continuous quality improvement and complete required continuing education. Support business development efforts within the store and community.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed pharmacist in New York State. Immunization certification with confidence in administering all vaccines (required). Recent experience as a pharmacy manager preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This is a permanent position offering the chance to lead a vital healthcare service within the community.
