Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract A pharmacy leadership role is available for a licensed Pharmacist to serve as Pharmacy Manager in Norwich, NY. This position offers both interim and permanent opportunities with a structured Monday through Saturday schedule and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain registration with state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge. Ensure pharmacy compliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Manage full pharmacy operations to achieve financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, third party administration, scheduling, and inventory control. Lead pharmacy staff by providing guidance, training, and performance management. Oversee completion of mandatory training for all pharmacy associates. Engage in patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, side effects, and monitor treatment adherence. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to maintain patient safety. Maintain a clean, organized work environment following company and legal standards. Fulfill continuing education requirements as mandated by state law. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Pharmacy License. Immunization Certification with comfort administering all vaccines. Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
