Friday:
9:00 AM•7:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•3:00 PM Closed Sundays Key responsibilities include registering with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge, ensuring the pharmacy operates in compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. You will oversee the entire pharmacy department operations, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management to meet financial objectives. Active participation in business development activities within the store and community is expected. Managing pharmacy support personnel, providing guidance and training, and maintaining accountability for regulatory and company policy compliance are critical duties. Completion of all required company training by pharmacy associates under your supervision is essential. You will also be involved in patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counseling patients and medical providers on medication use, monitoring patient progress, and participating in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety are key components of the role.
Qualifications and desired experience include:
