Closed Key Responsibilities:

Register as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company pharmacy regulations. Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and financial goals. Lead and develop pharmacy support staff, overseeing performance and training. Participate in business development and community outreach activities. Provide patient counseling on medications, dosages, interactions, side effects, and wellness programs such as immunization and medication therapy management. Maintain pharmacy facilities and ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented. Complete required continuing education and other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid New York State pharmacist license. Immunization certification with confidence in administering all vaccines. Previous experience managing a pharmacy preferred.
