Available for permanent candidates Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain regulatory compliance Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy department Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, payroll, and inventory Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy associates Ensure compliance with company policies and required training Provide immunizations, MTM, and wellness services Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medications and therapies Monitor patient progress and medication adherence Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs Support pharmacy business development within the store and community Requirements Active New York Pharmacist license Immunization certification required Must be comfortable administering all vaccines Recent Pharmacy Manager experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to independently oversee pharmacy operations and staff Interested in an interim or permanent Pharmacy Manager opportunity in New York?
