PM Closed Sundays Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the supervising pharmacist, registered with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and company regulations. Manage the pharmacy's financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory. Lead pharmacy support personnel with performance management and training. Oversee patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, interactions, side effects, and therapy monitoring. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Complete required continuing education and company training. Support business development efforts within the store and community.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid New York pharmacist license. Immunization certification with confidence administering all vaccines. Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety.
