The ideal candidate will possess strong patient service skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of pharmacy operations. This role involves assisting pharmacists, managing medication inventory, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent patient service by answering questions and assisting with medication pick-up and inquiries. Manage medication intake, including verifying prescriptions and processing transactions efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records, restock shelves, and organize medication supplies in accordance with safety standards. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, and health regulations during daily operations. Assist in the documentation of patient interactions and medication records, supporting patient care initiatives. Keep the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and compliant with infection control protocols. Must be professional and courteous Must be organized and a self-starter Requirements Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service and care delivery. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care, preferred. Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication administration, preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Know basic math and ability to alphabetize correctly. Complete other tasks as assigned. Ability to work rotating weekends and closing shifts until 7:30 PM. Other shifts will be assigned based on availability.
