Position Location:
1 Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215
Position Schedule:
Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members at the Nationwide location
Prescription Processing:
Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a
Registered Pharmacist Inventory Management:
Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies. Verify medication stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory records
Medication Orders:
Order, receive, and process wholesaler medication orders
Compliance:
Ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all federal and state requirements
Clerical Duties:
Perform various clerical duties related to the retail pharmacy
Communication:
Utilize strong professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and healthcare providers
Team Collaboration:
Work with the pharmacist and other team members to assist in pharmacy functions and maintain a smooth workflow You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio 1+ years of recent retail or community Pharmacy Technician experience 1+ years of experience providing face-to-face and telephone customer service Ability to work onsite at 1 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, OH 43215, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Must be 18 years of age OR older
