As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for complex infusion therapies. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety, compliance, and optimal outcomes. Your expertise will help streamline pharmacy operations while supporting quality improvement initiatives. What You'll Do As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: Providing clinical pharmacy services for both chronic and acute infusion therapies, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and monitoring patient progress. Ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies. Supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to practice standards and workflows. Collaborating with nursing, intake, admissions, and sales teams to enhance patient care and streamline processes. Participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs to support continuous improvement efforts. Managing inventory, procurement, and documentation for pharmacy operations, including controlled substances. Coordinating with insurance and reimbursement teams for insurance authorizations and audits to ensure seamless patient billing. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this pharmacy role will have: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in pharmacy experience, preferably with a focus on IV therapy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) licensure in Ohio, with active state licensure. Proficiency in infusion therapy procedures and sterile compounding. Experience with pharmacy software like CPR+/Care Tend is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills.
