Interim Director of Pharmacy plus PIC
Ohio Pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: Start September 14th and cover until perm hired
Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
No weekend or on-call coverage needed

Job Responsibilities:
- Pharmacy schedule
- Staffing/Training schedule
- Coumadin clinic nurse schedule/coverage
- USP competency training
- Meetings for various committees (safety, QAPI, budget, strategic sourcing, stroke, sepsis)
- P&T Committee lead
- Diversion monitoring/data consolidation
- Drug Shortage management
- IT/EPIC update training and drug library management
- Sterile compounding: Not part of job function, but oversee training and competencies
Expectations:
- 340B State of Ohio reporting
- due 10/1/26
- Baxter Pump Drug Library Build
- current director will attempt to build prior to leaving
- Pyxis server upgrade
- Goal is end of year
USP 797/800
Competencies
- start testing end of October
- QS1 transition to BestRx for outpatient scripts
- goal is to start build/conversion/training in January for start date by 3/31/27
1 week of overlap/training with outgoing DOP
