Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire This role offers the opportunity to serve as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist on the evening shift in a leading medical facility in Tulsa, OK. The position emphasizes delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient pharmaceutical care within a dynamic inpatient hospital environment.

Location:

Tulsa, Oklahoma Schedule/Hours:

Evening shift, 10 hours per day 2:00 PM to 10:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Optimize patient outcomes through appropriate medication dispensing and IV admixture preparation Provide accurate and timely drug information to healthcare professionals Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Operations Manager Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards related to pharmaceutical care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain within 14 days of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue participation

Preferred:

One year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
