Relocation Assistance:

Eligible candidates may receive reimbursement up to $10,000 through a relocation reimbursement program. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hospital pharmacy operations in compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and oversight to clinical pharmacists and pharmacy staff. Ensure adherence to JCAHO, DEA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements. Oversee safety, infection control, disaster planning, and departmental quality improvement initiatives. Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with hospital and corporate objectives. Manage recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of pharmacy personnel. Foster collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution. Minimum of three years' hospital pharmacy experience with at least two years in a leadership role. Active pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy. BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.

Preferred:
