Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail environment, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care. You'll supervise and train pharmacists and technicians, manage scheduling, workflow, and performance, and uphold all federal and state pharmacy regulations. You will optimize inventory, control costs, and support clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management. Partner with store leadership to drive customer satisfaction, health outcomes, and business growth while modeling Walmart's values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
