Oversee clinical, operational, staffing, and administrative pharmacy functions Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and regulatory standards Manage medication safety, quality assurance, and drug therapy monitoring Lead staff training and pharmacy education initiatives Develop clinical pharmacy programs and process improvements Collaborate directly with hospital leadership

Requirements:
