9am-5pm Mon-Fri Job Overview We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our specialty pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a collaborative environment for our pharmacy team. Responsibilities Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory, workflow, and staff coordination Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations Provide clinical guidance and medication counseling to patients Develop and implement strategies for optimizing specialty pharmacy services Lead and support a team of pharmacists and technicians in delivering exceptional care Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient treatment plans Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) in the state of Oregon Minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy management experience (specialty pharmacy experience preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of specialty medications, insurance processes, and regulatory requirements Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement How to Apply If you are a motivated pharmacy professional looking to make a meaningful impact in specialty care, we would love to hear from you!
