This direct hire opportunity offers a variable schedule with flexible 10 to 12-hour shifts.
Schedule:
10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm Variable day/afternoon shifts
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance. Build a profitable pharmacy business by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Manage inventory by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand. Align pharmacy performance with key measurable department metrics to optimize efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with medication-related questions and healthcare counseling. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline. Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer issues to foster trust and loyalty. Collaborate with physicians and utilize reference materials to address prescription concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy department. Monitor ongoing training and development to enhance staff performance and reduce turnover. Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and processing will-calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License This direct hire position is available to start ASAP.
