Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire This opportunity is for a full-time Pharmacist position located in Dingmans Ferry, PA within a retail pharmacy setting. This direct hire role offers a dynamic environment where you will lead pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with store operations teams to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance per state and federal pharmacy regulations. Manage pharmacy inventory, optimize profitability, and support script growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Align performance objectives with key department metrics to enhance pharmacy effectiveness and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, addressing medical inquiries, counseling patients, and resolving complaints to build trust and loyalty. Supervise and train pharmacy staff, ensuring appropriate discipline, development, and adherence to pharmacy security protocols. Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and prioritize department tasks including inventory management, cycle counts, and will-calls.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required. Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Experience in retail pharmacy with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and inventory management.

Schedule:

Variable day and afternoon shifts. Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly.
